Cancellation Before Stay

• Full refund of deposit : 91 days before stay

• 60% refund of deposit : 61 to 90 days before stay

• 40% refund of deposit: 31 to 60 days before stay

• 20% refund of deposit: 11 to 30 days before stay

• No refund: 10 days before stay

Cancellation After Stay

• If reasons are due to customer

  The expense deducted from the amount (usage period + 10% of the total expense) shall be refunded.

• If reasons are due to care center

  The expenses, deducted from the amount corresponding to the usage period, shall be refunded and 10% of the total expense shall be compensated
